How to Book
We accept bookings by telephone and email.
This allows us to check availability for those dates re number of Cottages required, numbers of people booking, type of bike trip required i.e. mountain bike, road bike, if trip requires guide for beginners so we can arrange and number of days staying at the accommodation.
Before booking, it’s important you read the Trip Dossier and our Booking Terms and Conditions. This information will ensure you choose the most appropriate trip. In the case of a tailor-made trip, we recommend you review the personalised itinerary provided to you. If you have any doubts regarding your suitability for a trip, please contact us.
On some trips our cancellation policy may vary to reflect any non-refundable payments made by Wilderness Scotland to accommodations or other suppliers.
For online bookings, we accept payment by Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo debit cards or Visa/Mastercard credit cards. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking unless you are booking less than 56 days before departure. In this case, the full payment of the trip price is required.
If you prefer, you can make a booking over the phone and pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. This will enable us to confirm your place immediately in most cases. Bank transfers can be used for balance payments.
